Children's Letters

We asked some of the children if they would write a short story telling us about their day. Some of them have written about a school day, some about a weekend day but read the letters. They are very interesting and reflect some of the hardships these children endure. They get up very early in the morning, they play a very active role in preparing food for the entire family before a long walk to the school bus stop. The school day is quite long and very intensive before they make the return journey. These stories are exactly as written by the children, we have retyped them only because they were written with very soft pencil on a yellow brown coloured paper which was difficult to read on the computer.
